Hey, I’m Sweet T.!
I’ve always wanted to create a safe place where my words were seen rather than heard without acknowledgment.
Though, I’ve always been on the fence about my writing. Sure, it’s something I did on the side. I wrote unpublished stories that were left unfinished. But I’ve still doubted myself.
I was working when a lady I’d never met before approached me. We talked for a bit. We said our goodbyes before we bumped into each other again at my place of work.
To make a long story short, she told me to keep writing. This was a surprise because nobody knew I had a passion for writing, but this lady I’d never met had told me to keep writing.
It came as a shock that left me speechless. This woman I’ve never met encouraged me to pursue my passion, while others simply dismissed the idea.
Because of her, I created Coffee Convos (shortened for ‘Conversations’ because that domain was already taken). All good conversations are spoken with a beverage in hand. My most memorable moment meeting strangers was at a coffee shop, where we bonded over a good drink.
Each post is strictly from my point of view from that time. This means that my views change with time, just like most of yours. As we grow, we’re meant to change. Whether it’s your clothes, mind, or choices in life, growing requires change.
With time, my posts will be updated as I navigate life. Maybe you can relate to some of my content and take solace in knowing you’re not alone. Or, perhaps you have a different view you would like to share.
All perspectives on the topics that are posted are welcome.
Some of the content is posted to help you go through life. For example, ‘Surviving Your 20s’ content aims to assist those who might feel lost. It provides support while they’re navigating through life.
Other content will simply be for pleasure and to relax your brains from a stressful day.
Together, we can make this a vibrant and inclusive community. We can support one another on our journeys of personal growth and discovery.
Mission
To give power to the voiceless and to uplift those who will speak up.
We will be heard.
We will make a difference.
We will not be sorry.
