My emotions are all over the place. I’ve never thought a second-chance romance trope would have me second-guessing my love life.

This book was filled with so much love and emotions that Rio and Hallie’s story would make me believe in love if I didn’t believe in love.

For a character to be searching for love in the previous stories within this series (leading us to believe he never found love before), only for it to be revealed how he had experienced the type of all-consuming love in his life was pure poetry.

Romance stories are not only dramatic but also contain the type of poetry that not many can execute in their writing. However, this author has captured my attention since her first book in this series, and to end the series with Rio and Hallie’s story? I couldn’t have asked for a better way to close this series.

I recommend this book to those who love the second romance trope or want to give it a second chance. I’ve never been a fan of the second chance trope, but I’ve certainly changed my mind with this book. Please note that this book is best read within the series to understand the whole story of the MMC.

I hope you love this book as much as I did.

Favorite Quote:

No one here knows I’ve been in love before. No one knows that though I had a front-row seat to watch them all find their person over the years, I had found mine long before any of them. At least, I thought I did.

We’ll talk soon,

Sweet T.
