Sloth: laziness. Something we’re all familiar with from time to time. Others are more acquainted with the notion of sloth rather than its opposite.

But what’s sloth without a little drama?

Ana Huang and her King of Sin series have me in a choke hold! Each book released is better than the last. Her writing style keeps getting better and better.

This book contains Sloane Kensington, the PR queen, and Xavier Castillo, the billionaire heir.

Sloane is labeled as the ice queen by those around her. But those who knew her know her as anything but. She is my absolute favorite female lead in the King of Sins series. How can you hate her when you don’t even know her? Sloane knows what she wants and is not afraid to go after it. It’s an inspiration to many young women.

Xavier Castillo is the laziest of the Castillo’s. He glides through life with his allowance. His character is underrated as well. Not everyone is lazy because they’re not as hard-working as you. In reality, we all have our strengths and weaknesses. This puts into perspective how we view people based on how we perceive the notion of productivity.

What happens when two misunderstood characters collide? You’ll be taken on the most outrageous emotional roller coaster ever. To say this book is one of my favorites is a lot.

Considering it takes a lot to catch my attention from the beginning. But I’d recommend this book to those who love a good ‘workplace’ romance and the reverse sunshine trope. It will not disappoint.

We’ll talk soon,

Sweet T.
