As an avid reader, nothing is more distressing than not having a good book to read in my free time

So, when I came across a small excerpt of A Vow of Hate by Lylah James, I decided to give this book a chance. One of my favorite parts of reading romance books is the style of writing in which authors express their voices.

This book is romance, with a little thriller (in my opinion). I love how the characters’ backstories tie into the plot well. 

Words cannot express how surprised I was by the ending of this book. I was thoroughly shocked that I did not catch the plot twist sooner. 

I would recommend this book to those who are seeking a lighter enemies-to-lovers trope that is heartfelt.
