The masterpieces of putting a ballerina and a football player together were pure genius. The evidence is printed nicely.
Ana Huang outdid herself when she put together two different sports and created art. I will forever talk about the emotions that rolled throughout my body from start to finish.
Not only did it capture my—and many others’—heart, but it also revealed that the differences between two people can still be brought together through the universe.
Manifesting and all that.
Scarlett Dubois, our prima ballerina and the girl who slide-tackled our football star off his feet. We can all relate to our insecurities, which keep us back while also trying to push ourselves to our limits safely. Despite her brother’s rivalry, even Scarlett might not have been as immune to our star strikers game.
Oh, Asher Donovan… the hearts that you captured. The gentleman in you just couldn’t help it. From your rocky start in life to your journey in the ballet world, we all saw how you shined brighter than any prima ballerina. The rivalry with your teammate is one for the books! I was on the edge of my seat the entire time.
To say closing this book broke my heart would be an understatement. This book will hold a special place in my heart, from the special guest stars to the emotional roller coaster I ventured on.
I am excited to see what Ana Huang has in store for us next. Both with King of Envy and The Defender.
