Lights. Glasses. Action.

Play Along by Liz Tomforde was an emotional roller coaster.

We all know and love a strong female character, especially if said character is trying to become the first woman in her career-related field.

If you’re a woman working in a male-dominated field, you can agree that sometimes, recognition for your work is not easy. Even if the majority of the people are in your corner.

Regardless of her personality, Kennedy Kay will not let her circumstances decide her worth.

But will it pay off in the end?

As for our baseball superstar we all know and love, Isaiah Rhodes is our charming, fun-loving, and outgoing shortstop on Chicago’s professional baseball team.

Isaiah has caught my heart with his vulnerable side.

Not many can admit the reason they’re always the first to crack a joke. Sometimes even those with the biggest smiles carry the heaviest burdens in life.

So what happens when fire and water mix? Will Kennedy Kay and Isaiah Rhodes come out on top? Or will they strike out?
